At Salon Misa, the safety to our guests and staff is of the utmost importance to us in this new and unprecedented time. We are taking all necessary precautions and following the guidelines set forth by the government. These are our new guidelines.

What Salon Misa Has Done:
● Staff is trained on all guidelines and prevention.
● Cleaned and disinfected the entire salon. Changing air filters regularly. Installed a global plasma filter on our HVAC system, and social distancing panels where 6 feet wasn’t met
● Stocked PPE to protect both our guests and staff.
● Created a plan within the salon space to continue to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable environment while ensuring necessary social distancing
guidelines set forth by the government.

What We Continue to Do:
● Clients and Staff who are sick or have been exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 for the past 14 days are asked to stay home.
● Clients are contacted before visits to confirm appointments and ask if they or someone in their household is exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms. If the client
answers in the affirmative, we reschedule the appointment.
● Appointments are Mandatory, stylists are not accepting walk-ins.
● Clients are required to bring their own face coverings and are mandatory to wear during the visit. A mask will be provided if necessary.
● Clients are asked not to bring others with them to the appointment, for the reason that only scheduled clients can enter the salon.
● A set of guidelines for clients that are a condition of entry has been posted in
clearly visible locations, including entrance, for convenience of the clients.
● Frequently disinfecting all surfaces and supplies throughout the entire salon,
including all stations and shampoo bowls after each client’s use, and bathrooms, and common areas every 30 minutes.
● All stylist tools and implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with medical-grade disinfectant for the recommended time between each client.
● Amenities, including magazines, books, coffee, water,& our self-serve station and has been removed to help reduce touchpoints and customer interactions.
